Order Statuses

This feature will show in your Orders status.

Below-mentioned is the values of the parameters of the respective Order Status:

 

1. Pending

This status is set by default when an order is created.

 

2. Completed

This status is used to show that the order has been completed.

 

3. Rejected

This status is used to show that the order has been canceled.

 

4. Driver in business

This status is used to show that the driver arrived to the business and is waiting for the order to be ready.

 

5. Preparation Completed

This status is used to show that the order is ready for pickup.

 

6. Rejected by business

This status shows that the order has been rejected by the business.

 

7. Canceled by Driver

This status is used to show that the order has been Canceled by the driver. (Only orders type delivery)

 

8. Accepted by business

This status shows that the order has been accepted by the business.

 

9. Accepted by the driver

This status is used to show that the order has been accepted by the driver. (Only orders type delivery)

 

10. Pick-up completed by the driver

This status is used to show that the order has been picked up from the business by the driver. (Only orders type delivery)

 

11. Pick up Failed by the driver

This status is placed when the order could not be picked up on the business for some reason. (Only orders type delivery)

 

12. Delivery completed by the driver

 

This status is placed when the order has been delivered to the customer by the driver, final state of success in delivery type.

 

13. Delivery Failed by the driver

This status is placed when the order could not be delivered to the customer for any reason. (Only orders type delivery)

 

14. Preorder

This status is placed when the order is preorder base on create time, delivery time and business preorder time. (can not be set manually)

 

15. Order not ready

This status is placed when the order is not ready and the driver is in business. (Only orders type delivery and is a kind of pause)

 

16. Pickup completed by the customer

This status shows that the order has been picked up from the business by the driver. (Only orders type pick up)

 

17. Canceled by customer

This status is placed when the order was canceled by the customer for some reason.

 

18. Not picked by the customer

This status is placed when the order could not be picked up by a customer on the business for some reason. (Only orders type pickup)

 

19- The driver almost arrived to business

This status is placed when the driver is near to business with delivery type. can be updated automatically with settings (distance and enable)

 

20- Driver almost arrived at the customer

This status is placed when the driver is near the customer with a delivery type. can be updated automatically with settings (distance and enable)

 

21- Customer almost arrived to business

This status is placed when the customer is near to business with pickup type. can be updated automatically with settings (distance and enable)

 

22- Customer arrived to business

This status is placed when the customer is in business to pick up the order.
