This feature comes on your platform by default.
No configuration is required.
From the Ordering Web, you can access this feature by going to My Profile and selecting Messages 
And there you can write and send any message with the store
Editor Message (Administrator)
Select the order that you want to check or send a message. You can also access this message function from the Administrator.
Select the option messages. >Select the order that you want to check or send a message a notification dot will appear in an order with a received message, it is the same when the Driver changes the status of the Order.
This is an excellent tool for direct communication between the customer and the business.
