With this feature, Ordering will automatically set to sold-out the items once they run out.
All you need to do is put the quantity in your Ordering Editor, and every time there is a purchase it'll get discounted.
I will show you how to configure it
In your Dashboard, we will select Stores in the menu, then the store where you will apply that configuration, click on the Categories & Products button.
We locate the category (where the product is located) and then click on the product to which we will add the configuration.
When you click on the product, a slide will open with the configuration options for that product. In this case, we will click on Product details.
In this screen at the bottom, we look for Inventory and activate it. A field will appear where we will write the amount of product we have and Save.
Then click on the Advanced option that we find in the tab; there, we are going to enable the option that says Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), and a field will appear at the top so that you can put an ID; this identifier is used to be able to call it from a service third party to do specific actions like Google sheet, or Dashboard.
And that's it; after these settings, if the product runs out of stock, it will appear like this to your customers.
