The Call Center will allow you to take orders from your clients by phone. With this new system, you will have a lot of advantages as:
- Keep a register of all the orders you receive.

- Offer them a practical alternative to make their orders.

The first thing we are going to do is fill in the fields requested on the following page:

We click on login, and that's it.
Making an Order.
When you receive a call, you will have to register the phone number of the client and its address in the system.
If the customer is not registered, you can create it while in the call; it does not take more than 10 seconds, you, as an agent, ask for the information required, and that's it, start the order.
1st.- Select the user calling or create a new one.
In this view, you'll be able to put the phone of the customer on a call or just register a new one to continue the order.
2nd.- Verify data and select address.
This screen will provide us with the information saved on the client, and the addresses you have registered will appear; in this step, we will only verify the data and select the address you want.
3rd.- Select the type of delivery
Here we are going to give you the different options we have to deliver your order, such as:
Delivery
pickup
eat-in
Curbside
Drive Thru
You select the one you choose.
4th.- Select business
All the businesses available with that type of delivery will appear, and you select the store the customer requests.
5th.- Select product
We mention to the customer the different products the store has available and select the one they choose.
6th.- Add product to the cart
It is straightforward since the client decides which product he wants, we will click, and a popup will appear with all the information, and we will click on the Add button.
7th.- Cart with products and checkout button.
On this screen, the cart will be displayed with the products you added, it is only to verify, and if everything is correct, we click on the Checkout button.
8th.- Checkout
This is where you are sure the customer is about to purchase, so we kept it as simple as possible and fast.
You will be shown the delivery address, customer details, business details, payment method, and the order you placed on the right side of the screen.
9th.- Confirmation
That’s it!
Once the order is placed, you can hang up the phone and let the customer know the order is placed, and the business is already working on your order.
If the customer has your Customer App downloaded, he'll be able to follow up on order.
