If you are looking to easily manage the menus of all your businesses, you've come to the right article.
In this article and with this powerful feature you are able to edit all the aspects of all the menus on all of your stores at once, save a lot of time with this, start today.
Let's jump into it.
This feature is located in your Dashboard > My Stores, and we click on the store where the menu we want to share is.
Click on the Menu option.
We choose the menu that we are going to share and click.
In the tap, we choose the Share with the option; we will get the restaurants where we can share the menu of the store where we are.
After we choose the restaurants that we want to have that menu, we click on Save.
To verify that the menu we share already appears in the store we chose, we go to the store, click on the menu, and see that we have already activated the menus there.
If you click on the new menu you added, you will be able to see all the products it contains. That easy!
If you want to change any of the options displayed for each product, click, and all the choices you can modify will appear, such as the price.
Our customers will be able to see in this way how the menu already appears in the store.
With this feature the businesses you are sharing this menu do not have to have the Business Menu active, since Grilled already have a shared menu from McBonalds, that's the one that will show for your customers, and if there are any changes on McBonalds Shared Menu, those changes will get reflected in Grilled.
All the changes made in the Main Sharing Menu will get reflected, on all businesses with shared menus; pictures, prices, description, name, and if the product is on/off.

This way, you can for set up your website like a franchise with many stores and a single menu for all these:
1. Set up a menu in one store (Main Menu Store) with products.
2. Let's check that all the products in this menu are activated; if not, we can add the ones we need.
3.- Create the other stores (franchised stores) without products.
4.- (Optional) Setup cities, if the stores will be in different cities.
5.- We can see that when we go to the store information in the Location option, we can see a drop with all the cities that we have added in our Countries/Cities setting.
6.- Set Up Delivery zones in the franchise stores.
7.-. Share the menu from your Main Menu Store to the franchise stores.
8.-Choose the franchises you want to share in your menu, and click on save.
9. Done; now you can search the franchise stores and see the menu to place orders.
