First, get in your Ordering Dashboard > Operation Settings > Auth Attempts Settings
Once open, you’ll see all the options to create authentication available.
Each authentication method has its configurations, and of course, you have to enable them if you want to use them; let’s talk about Email/Cellphone Auth.
For this Authentication method, you’ll have to set how many times maximum they can try to put their email or cellphone; if customers do not put the correct email or cellphone, they’ll get an alert saying to try in the penalty time you establish.
Here you set the minutes of the penalty time.
The “how long” will take for the user to try entering his/her email/cellphone again.
This works the same, but for IP authentication.
Here you add the attempts for the particular user to try login via specific IP.
