This is mainly working in the backend; you have to configure it in your Ordering Dashboard, and it is to help those users that forgot their accounts; it also helps your business to keep fake users out of it.

With this, you configure the alerts of time, like “Try again in 40 minutes; your account had too many attempts”.

This is configured in Settings > Operation Settings > Forgot Password Rate Settings.
