This new feature will help to know if the orders are moving forward with the stipulate time, meaning that you can know if an order is delayed.
In other words is like a timer with which you can keep track on the orders.
PS: This feature is only available on the Platform 2.0
To start the settings, first login on the Dashboard 2.0, and go to the section called Settings, follow by Operation Settings and again search for the option called Operation Settings
Click on the Settings button, and look for the options called Enabled/Disable Order Deadlines and Order Deadline Time
The first one is to enable the Deadline or SLA feature, and the second one is to set the time
Now the SLA setting, it based on the configuration for the Delivery Time that it has established in the store
When a new order comes in, you will see the Timer on green
Once the Delivery Time reaches 0, it changes from green to yellow and will take the time you have configured in the Deadline section.
After the Deadline, the status will change to red, indicating that the order is delayed
