With the rewards program including Points Wallet & Levels, you'll create a more engaging connection with your customers.
How to configure wallets:
First, you have to turn on the wallet options, this has to be turned on in Operation Settings > Wallet Settings.
Enable this setting by putting it as Yes.
Now, go to the Loyalty > Rewards Programs
Inside here, you'll have to set the value of the points, these are calculated by the percentage of the dollar, for example; if you put that $1.00 = 100, it means that the 100% of that $1, meaning every $1 is 1 point if you put the value 50, is the 50% of the dollar (100 = $0.50).
This will affect the general points, it'll get updated every time you change these calculations, even if they placed an order long before you change it.
After you've set this up you'll have to configure this by business, to do this, you'll have to jump into the Business tab.
Once you are inside these settings you'll see all your marketplace stores listed, with a few options:
Status: This decides if the wallet points are enabled for this particular store.
Redeem: This decides if the store allows paying orders with wallet points.
Accumulation: This decides if the purchases made to this store give the customer points.
Now jump into the store individual points configuration
