In this section you will be able to register the manager of each of your businesses (if you manage many) and you will have all the details of each of them such as:
- Manager Type
- And if it is enabled or not.
All the customers will have their own profile settings, if you click on any edit profile you can configure everything by the business owner.
To create users, you can click on the “Add User” and start adding everything necessary.
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Level of the user, in this situation it’s a customer.
My Saved Places
You can view all the saved placed by users, and you can edit and delete places with an easy click.
Customer Orders: Pending
View and understand the orders made by your customers by status, if there’s any order in progress, pending, completed, or canceled, this is where you’ll see it.
Customer Orders: In Progress
All the orders in this status are in progress meaning the delivery or pickup has not been completed yet.
Customer Orders: Completed
These are all the orders finished, delivered, or completed by your customers, is there’s a customer with a lot of orders maybe you can create a marketing strategy for them.
Customer Orders: Canceled
These are all the orders that, for some reason, couldn’t be completed. If you want to take a deeper look at why the order failed, click on each order and review the messages.
These custom fields will apply only to the products, just like any other custom field across your platform.
