Here is how it works:
1st · Home Login

Once you get in the store, you first log in to your POS and be ready to take all the orders possible.
The POS user level that can log in is business owners and super admins.
2nd · Start the Order
Ask for the number, and as the customer is telling it to you, look for it in the list of numbers the software will magically share with you.
If there’s no match, create a new user for him, it shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds to get the information and continue with the order.
It is not that magical; we’ve invested a lot in this.
3rd · Order Type · Delivery

The last order type is Delivery; you will use this when your customer calls and is looking for delivery; similar to the pickup, this order type also asks for the address to review the business availability.
If everything is ok, continue to the business menu, the following processes are the same up to the checkout.
4th · Products & Categories
The customer might have an idea about what they want to order, however, your job has to be also to recommend a few dishes that might suit your business craving.
Or even inform the caller that the item is sold out.
5th · Select Products
Once you get in the store, you first log in to your POS and be ready to take all the orders possible.
Once the product is selected, if it has some product options, give the customer the options and check them for him/her.
Be as informative as possible; this can get your business another 5 stars in the reviews.
6th · Place order

Now, we are very close to finishing the order.
Here is another chance for you to sell one more item; you can make some recommendations to your customers and make an extra dollar on every order with the upselling feature.
Once the customer is sure that’s all they want, click “Place Order” and give the total.
7th · Checkout Delivery
Ask the customer how they’ll pay today, and help take the information over the phone or in person.
If they are paying with cash, maybe you can use the bill they are using to pay, so you get the change ready when the order is delivered.
8th · Confirmation

That’s it!
Once the order is placed, you can hang up the phone and let the customer know the order is placed and the business is already working on your order.
9th · Open Order · Follow up

One more and last thing.
If a user calls you asking about their order, you have to ask for the ID, come to your Orders manager, and look for the order.
All the information will be here, and the customer will appreciate an accurate update.
