How it works · Delivery Dashboard – Ordering

Delivery Dashboard, allows you to keep track of all of your orders as they are being worked, even if it comes from different stores. You can also keep track of drivers and the current location of the order, how many have been completed, canceled, active drivers, inactive drivers.

From your editor locate "Delivery Dashboard" in the "ADMIN AREA".

Pending

Pending will show the orders that are in the process of being accepted by the restaurant.

Click order for its process details.
Is the store location
Customer location
Delivery driver location
Change the status of the order i.e. from pending to accepted, delivered, completed etc.
6.select a driver manually
Details of the order, where you can see the items list, change the order status and print the ticket order.

In progress

This section points out Orders that have been accepted by the restaurant and have been appointed a delivery driver or are set for pick up by a customer. Once the order has been delivered the Delivery driver has to set it complete int the delivery app and if it was a pick up at the restaurant then the store manager can set it to complete from this section.

Also available is the option to trace the route for the delivery person.

Completed

This area will place all the complete order.

You can filter by order type i.e. from what user, business, ID number, and delivery time.
You can filter by date, if you pick today then you will only see today´s orders.

Canceled

This section will show the canceled orders.

Active Drivers

This will let us know all the active drives currently on a Delivery or just available. If the driver is on delivery, once you choose the driver from the drop-down, you can see the order he is on rout for and his location.

Inactive drivers

This will show all of the drivers you have previously added but are currently unavailable due to having their Delivery app inactive. In order to appear available, they must set them selfs to available from the app.
