How to Create a Zap
First, we recommend you to create a new account on https://zapier.com
Please follow these links to work in your Platform
This is an invitation to use our integration with Zapier. Accept the invite clicking in the following button.
Select Trigger Action
The first thing is to select your Trigger action, this could be like when a new user signs up, or when an order is placed. You have many triggers to choose from.
Connect to your Ordering Account
If it's the first time you create a Zap, you will be asked to connect your ordering account.
Click on the "Connect an Account".
A new window will pop up with almost all the data filled.
You need to fill the last two fields:
Project: This is your project name.
API Key: you can get the API key from your super admin account, in the API Key tab.
You will see a confirmation screen.
Then you will receive a link to add on the Webhooks.
Could be for all the platform.
Or for a specific Store.
Add an Action
Ordering is not only to execute Triggers; You can also execute actions with Ordering, it is very helpful if you want to make some changes to your platform, like keep the dishes prices up to date, create business owners using type form, or any other.
