In Ordering, there are 3 types of collectible points: "Wallet points", "Cash wallet", and "Loyalty points".
1. Wallet points
These are collectible points designed to accumulate and convert into a fractional value of the configured currency. For example, it is possible to set up the system so that for every dollar (or the specified currency) spent per order, 1% is collected as "Wallet Points." The accumulation of points is based on the order subtotal.

2. Cash Wallet
The purpose of this system is to ensure that each point is equivalent to the currency used (for example, 1 "cash wallet" point equals 1 dollar). These points cannot be earned through purchases and can only be obtained in three ways:
- By refunding an order to the "cash wallet".
- By an administrator manually adding "cash wallet" points to the customer's account.
- By the customer redeeming a gift card for "cash wallet" points.

3. Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are points that can be accumulated with each order, and the accumulation rate depends on the customer's loyalty level, the accumulation of points is based on the order subtotal. For example, if the customer is at level 1 at the time of purchase, they could earn 1 point per dollar if the level configuration is set that way.
Loyalty points are not directly visible on the dashboard or website, but it is possible to view the customer's level in the wallet section of the user account, as shown in the example image.
Additionally, an administrator can view the loyalty level of the customers.
NOTE: Although the loyalty level is displayed in the same "Wallet Points" section, the loyalty level is not related to the amount of "Wallet Points".
Loyalty Levels
You can find the loyalty level settings in your dashboard.
Within the settings, you will see existing loyalty levels (or you can create new ones), stacked on top of each other. The goal is for customers to accumulate points with their purchases to level up and receive benefits.
As you can see, each level includes the following fields:
- Image: This image will be displayed to the customer based on their current level.
- Name: This is the name that will be shown to the customer according to their level.
- Points Required: The minimum number of points needed to qualify for this level.
- Maximum Points: The maximum number of points allowed at this level.
- Expiration: The number of days before points at this level expire.
A customer can only earn the maximum number of points allowed per level per purchase. For example, if the maximum points for Level 1 is 100 and the purchase amount is 150, the points will be limited to 100.
Points will be awarded once the order has been completed and the total points earned will be based on the subtotal of the order, if the order is canceled, no points are accumulated.
What benefits can customers receive at the loyalty levels?
You can choose the benefits for your customers at each level, customizing the available promotions.
Example of using loyalty levels
As shown below, an example of using loyalty levels is illustrated.
In this case, they will be Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, but you can name them whatever you want (for example, Bronze, Silver, and Gold).
In this case, the accumulation of loyalty points will work as follows:
Every new customer starts with 0 points, placing them in Level 1. As a customer makes a purchase, the subtotal will be added up as loyalty points.
In Level 1, if the subtotal exceeds 100 (for example, 150), since the limit is 100, they will only receive a maximum of 100 points. However, after that purchase, they will move up to Level 2 as the minimum required for Level 2 is 100 points.
In this case, the points will expire after 1 day, so 24 hours later, the points obtained from each purchase will be removed.
Ordering always involves thinking about what you need most.
As Always, Happy Ordering.
