With this tool, you'll be able to bulk-upload users in just a few seconds.
You can perform the bulk upload of multiple users (administrators, drivers, or customers) using a CSV file.
To import users, you should first download the importer example from this link:
Once you have downloaded the importer, when you open the file, you will notice that the columns contain the names of the data that the users should have. In this example, we will create some users with the following data:
- External user ID (number): This is the unique identifier that will be added to the user; use a different identifier for each user. It is possible to modify user data using the same identifier.
- Name: User's first name.
- Middle name: User's middle name.
- Lastname: User's last name.
- Second last name: User's second name.
- Email: User's email (Unique email per user).
- Password: The password must be encrypted; you can use this site https://bcrypt-generator.com/ to encrypt the password (10 rounds) and add the encrypted password to the file. In the sample file, the default password is 1234567890.
- Photo: You can add an image link for the user; we recommend it from Cloudinary.
- Birthdate: The user's birthday date must be in the format YYYY-MM-DD (mandatory field).
- Country code: The country code is in two uppercase letters, for example, 'US' (optional field).
- Country phone code: It is the country's phone code (mandatory field).
- Cellphone: Phone number (mandatory field).
- Level: The 'level' is the type of user to create; in this case, '0' means that these users will be created as administrators. In the image below, you can see a table with the existing levels (mandatory field).
- Enabled: Indicate whether the user will appear as Active or Inactive (1 or 0).
- Phone verified: Indicate whether the phone is verified with OTP.
- Email verified: Indicate whether the email is verified with OTP.
IMPORTANT: Fields with values in the sample file are required; only empty fields are optional.
