Start by enabling the guest checkout option.

You'll have to go to Basic Settings > Order Type Options and look for the "Enabled Guest Checkout," set it as "Yes," and also, you'll have the checks to enable which order types will take guest checkouts.

In Basic Settings> in the Customer fields section, you can activate which checkout fields are required or not by delivery type.

In the dropdown, you'll find all the order types, select one and configure which checkout fields will show and which are required when paying.

When customers continue the order as guests, you can use concise and persuasive language like "As Guest User" to encourage users to continue without hesitation in the Ordering Website.

After the products are added, at checkout, you select the guest checkout button again to finish the order.

Once the customer is placed, there won't be any customer information, just the address for delivery or if you added any guest checkout field mandatory.
