Desktop Push Notifications for your Ordering Website and Dashboard.

Both of these products serve as powerful selling and managing tools, by consistently providing users with relevant information and interactive features, you can cultivate the ultimate experience and foster high levels of engagement.

This configuration will inform administrators of any change made on any order, whenever there's an incoming order, and when an order status changes, even if the dashboard is closed.

Let's get to the configuration:

Remember, this configuration works for both platforms; you must replace the "Product" you are setting up.

Start by setting up the One Signal Account.

Get into your account and add a new App.

Now, add your website information.

Name, URL, and an Icon

The third step

This is optional but it'll make your users understand exactly why they should activate the push notifications for the website and the dashboard.

Open the prompt and customize your push notification message.

Now, add your welcome message.

This message shows when your users subscribe to your notifications, thank them, you can also change it.

Add the Services required

- Leave the webhooks disabled.

- Fill these 4 fields with the following information,
/push/onesignal/
OneSignalSDKWorker.js
OneSignalSDKUpdaterWorker.js

- Keep the click behavior, persistence, and safari certificate as default for now, you can come back later to configure it.

Click SAVE and continue with the integration now,

COPY this code and get it in your Ordering Builder product

Paste it in the THIRD-PARTY section, save and build. 

Now, let's continue with the dashboard configuration.

Get into your One Signal dashboard, and go to Keys & IDs.

Copy and save these.

After that, copy and paste it into your Ordering Dashboard One signal settings.

Ordering Dashboard > Settings > Advanced Settings > Integration: OneSignal (Push Notifications) > One Signal settings.

Configure your notifications below these notifications according to your way of work; you have several options.

• Number of times notifications are repeated
• How often are notifications repeated
• Allow repeat notifications by Superadmin

• Allow repeat notifications by Business Owner
  

• Allow repeat notifications by Driver.
  

These are examples of how the orders will show for your administrators.

These push notifications will even show if the dashboard is closed.
