Ordering.co has a function for you that will help you when something unforeseen happens to one of the orders made by your customers, and you can return the money to their wallet on the platform, so they can spend it on something else later.
I'll help you set it up.
In your Dashboard, we choose the option Settings > Refund Settings.
We must change the status from NO to YES in all the options and save the changes.
This is how the options of this slide should look.
We will go to our Order list to find the order we need to return the money in the wallet.
There will be a button at the bottom of the order details that says "Refund to Wallet" Click there. We will go to our Order list to find the order we need to return the money in the wallet.
Select the needed options in this popup and fill in the requested fields.
Review all the data you entered, and if you are sure, click on the "Refund" button.
To be sure that everything is ready, we are going to click on Users>Customers, and we are going to select the client we need.
And we click on the "Cash Wallet" option; this information will appear on the slide.
If you click on the Transaction history option, you can see what day, date, and time the "Refund" was made.
