Would you like to reward your most loyal customers? You can do it now with this feature.
This is how it works:
First, need to start using and rewarding your clients to organize your levels, so you can separate the clients who are just starting and those who have been with you for a while.
Go to your Dashboard>Loyalty>Rewards Programs>Levels.
In the image, you can see that several levels from 1 to 5 have already been added (to give you an idea of how they work).
To add a new level, click where it says: "Add New Level."
When you click on any of the levels, you'll see all the settings to configure.
When you add a new level, you will have to fill in the following information:
Name, Accumulation rate, Points required, Maximum of points, and Expiration.
When you're done, don't forget to save your changes.
The image shows an example of what it would look like with the added data.
As you can see, there are points required by level, meaning that just like any loyalty program, they continue to get points by purchasing on your platform, and the more customers buy more points, therefore, the more level.
The marketing strategy here is to combine these Levels with your offers; if they get to a certain level, they get an offer, coupons, and so on, just like any brand does.
And that's it; you can add all the levels you need; remember that your customers are the most important, and what better way to pamper them?
Your customers will see on their Ordering Website or Customer App inside their profile which level they've reached so far.
